Alimentaria

This week Barcelona held Alimentaria, the biennial mega food and beverage trade event. I would have loved to have spent the entire week there. As it was I could only get a half day at the show.

I was able to see some old friends and make some new ones, try some wines and try to learn a little, before the effects of oversampling kicked in. I'll have further details of my meetings at Alimentaria in the next post, which will be up as soon as I recover.
