Visual tasting
A friend today sent me a link to a webpage created by award-winning Basque wine writer and enologist Mikel Garaizabal (2003 Gourmond award for his book on the wines of the Basque country).
In his site http://www.catarvino.com, Mikel gives an informative and entertaining look at the sensory process of wine appreciation. Well worth a visit.
