My professional background:

In 2000, I co-founded Manfatta in Barcelona, Spain with Neus Arqués.
Prior to that (and somewhat overlapping) I was Area Director for Asian-Pacific markets for The Grupo Codorniu. Barcelona, Spain.
Before that I was Export Manager for Food and Beverage for The Daiei Group of Japan, working from their office in Seattle.
